EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
We presently have an opening for a commercial appraiser. A candidate MUST hold a Certified General appraisal license. If not an Illinois licensee, you must be able to obtain an Illinois Certified General License within a short period of time.
We are not accepting trainees nor are we interested in adding sub-contractors to our staff.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Knowledgeable in all types of real estate.
- Experienced with (or willing to learning about) appraising for right-of-way purposes.
- Capable and comfortable writing narrative reports.
- Very capable with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A member of the Appraisal Institute (preferably an MAI or advanced candidate).
- Experienced giving expert testimony.
- A resident of the area or willing to relocate.
A successful candidate would become an employee of Davidson & Associates. Compensation is based on a fee split. The office has a relaxed atmosphere that encourages collaboration and support between appraisers.
