Now operated by Charles Davidson, MAI, SRA, Davidson & Associates provides quality appraisal services to lenders, government clients, attorneys, and property owners in the north central Illinois area.
We believe in providing honest, well-researched appraisals to our clients. This does not always result in the fastest or least expensive appraisal service, but we believe we provide the best appraisal service in the Rockford area.
Davidson & Associates specializes in appraisals for eminent domain purposes and is one of only two firms in the Rockford area listed on the Illinois Department of Transportation's approved appraiser and review appraiser lists.
However, our scope of appraisal services covers virtually all types of real estate including:
